Hi,

I have a troubles with order by EXIF date. It does not work, the real order is chaotic. I can see summer pictures between autumn pictures etc. When I open picture details I can see correct time in EXIF. XnView 2.33 (and several older versions as well).

Could you please look at it?

Leos

PS where can I post multiple files? I could not upload these: foto-2014-06-21-143.jpg, foto-2014-10-24-374.jpg

I don't see the EXIF data in the file you uploaded, but I'm not very familiar with metadata so I may be missing something...

You should be able to upload multiple attachments by repeating the steps you used to upload the first, but as image files can in some cases be modified when uploaded, this may be a case where it would be better to place the files in a ZIP archive and then upload that file as an attachment.

The maximum size for attachments is 2 MiB. Please upload the files (preferably RAR-/ZIP-compressed) to a free hosting service (like WikiFortio or Wikisend) and post the link.

Could it be that you downloaded the thumbnail instead of the full-res image, cday?

Hi, I will upload the file later evening I come home. Meanwhile I used exiftool as workaround: http://www.literak.cz/2015/11/organizin ... -exiftool/. Thanks for this option, I will try it as well.

Yes! And I think it's actually the third time over the last year, but I think I've got it now... :D

Increases, very welcome, in the permitted file size of attachments mean that images above a certain size are now displayed as 'thumbnails' with the full file accessible for viewing or downloading by clicking on the displayed image: the displayed image can be quite large, however, so possibly more of a preview than a normal thumbnail.

 If the mouse cursor changes to a hand when over the displayed image, the displayed image is a preview not the full image...

I've been thinking about adding an image overlay with CSS, but I'm wary about messing around with phpBB too much.
Your suggestions are welcome at any time ;-)
