Hi,
with Autocrop i've cropped the with border from some Scans. When the Scans is a text-only Image i looks terrible when XnView has cropped the Pixel next to the first "text-pixel". Can i set up so that not all with pixels are cropped, so that there are lets say 10 Pixel on the left side of the first "text-pixel" that XnView don't crop - a little "Buffer"?

There's no such option for Automatic crop, but you can add borders with Canvas resize.
PS: Are we talking about XnView Classic or MP?

I don't see any way of doing that, but you might look at following the autocrop by a canvas resize to add a border, either in pixels or as a percentage, from the centre probably. If the background of the text image isn't white you will need to try to match the colour, and if the background isn't a uniform colour you may want to trying enhancing the image first, probably using a levels adjustment. There's lots of scope for experimenting depending on the quality of the final images you wish to obtain...
