EXIF-IPTC thumbnail labels not displayed

EXIF or IPTC thumbnail labels are not displayed if I use XnView 1.80.1 with my Windows2000 notebook, but there are no such problems on my Windows XP professional PC.
Is there a solution to this problem?

Your graphic card is not in 16bits? (65.000 or True colours)

The graphic card was in 16bits mode.
I changed to 32bits and now it works perfectly.
