[Catagories Filter] any/all option not working

Selecting mutiple filter options in the "Catagories Filter" returns no results. (0 objects, no errors)

Attempted for both "any" and "all" checked (all tests failed)
Any -> Multiple ratings
Any/All -> a rating and catagory

Within a single rating/catagory filter, the filename search still works.
