Partial incorrect character decoding in EXIF tag

The EXIF.Image Description is displayed correctly in the info box, but when I set it as the thumbnail label, the UTF-8 encoded special characters are incorrectly displayed.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Here I am sending a sample file.
I have used the following command on Linux to add the description to the file:
exiv2 -M "set Exif.Image.ImageDescription árvíztűrő tükörfúrógép" 5_TagTest/flower.jpg
The same tag is also written by Windows Explorer the Title field in details is stored here (I have tested Windows10) and iTag .

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.78 or later. Could you please try and confirm the bug fix, palmtop?
