Feature request: more flexible import destinations

Dear XnViewMP devs
As a user, I would like to import files from my camera or SD card to a subdirectory structure based on the XMP date. You already offer a few choices, however I would like to adopt the Adobe LightRoom structure of /YYYY/YYYY-MM-DD. The easiest and most flexible way to handle this would be if I as a user could just enter such a directory creation mask somewhere in the import dialogue, or if I could append custom entries to the already existing list of options.
