"File rename" to existing file - error message

In a folder there are "1.jpg" and "2.jpg".
I open 2.jpg, press "F2" and want to rename to "1.jpg" -> I get an error message without further information.
Suggestion:
new Message "1.jpg" already exists. Do you want really to rename?
