How to batch *.jpg + *alpha.jpg = *.png

Hi,
I have large number of JPG images that each has its own alpha channel saved in separate JPG file (ex: 001.jpg + 001alpha.jpg, 002.jpg + 002alpha.jpg...), and I would like to combine those pairs of files in single PNG with alpha channel but I am not able to figure out how to do all of them at once.
"Actions >> add mask >> use mask as alpha" lets me use only one image as alpha channel for all selected images... is there a way how to merge each file with its own alpha mask?
