Straightening horizons

Is there a straightening tool in XnView? (to adjust horizons, etc)
I can't seem to see one if someone could advise. Thanks

In XnView Classic there is
Image > Rotate > Custom... which can be configured to preview changes in the viewer, if that meets your needs...

In XnView MP it's
Image > Rotate > Rotate...
