No option, surprisingly, in the viewer
View > Auto image size as you've no doubt found, but there should be an icon
1:1 on the toolbar: if you don't have that icon displayed, the toolbar can be customised in
Tools > Settings... > Interface > View mode > ToolBar
But when you say original size, do you mean pixels-in-the-image to pixels-on-the-screen, or screen size equal to image size taking account of DPI?

... Hello, ... Maybe the keyboard shortcut
* can help you? (useful zoom shortcuts:
+ - / * )

My mistake. I meant to set 1:1 as default image size/scale/zoom

Hello, ... Seriously. Do you want to have the scale 1:1 on the screen (with key shortcut "/" ... so at 100% zoom) ?, if it's the case you can see below (in French).
To summarize, for example in my case, for a dpi image = 72x72 dpi, and, a screen setting at = 87x87dpi , then I have the ~1:1 scale on the screen (it's useful) ... So a custom dpi size screen is needed into XnViewMP to adjust and meet the scale ~1:1.
Already requested in a French topic:

Same method as here (A ScreenRuler software) :
