Full Screen+Image details-metadata

My wish is to have a column with all the metadata at the side of a full screen display.
A bit like the below. It is just an very rough idea!
Users might define the details to be displayed in the right (or left) details bar.
Maybe this is already possible, I don't know.

later: updated my view by having "Information displayed" on the right side
Q: will makernotes once be added to settings->view->Info ?
