Mobile Friendly Web Page Templates

I would like to see some available web page templates that are mobile friendly.
I've been using Visuddhi - Flash Viewer for quite some time, but it doesn't allow the main pop-up window to be closed on most mobile devices (phones or tablets). It would be great if a similar template worked that would allow everything to work on mobile devices. I am using a template file from 2014, so it might already be updated......
But, regardless. It would be great to see some web templates created exclusively for mobile devices.
