Hide Rating & Colour boxes between thumbnails

Hi everyone,
First off all. Thank you for creating great software like XnView. I have been using it since Windows 10's release as a substitute for Microsoft Picture Manager, so I still have much to learn.
Today I switched from XnView Classic to XnView MP, because MP has support for more Japanese symbols and characters (I used to get errors when trying to open files with the Classic version).
While personalizing MP, I came across a (small) problem.
Moving on to the question. MP has a handy rating & colour label system. I do use it, but do not like the shortcuts/boxes between the thumbnail images (the star and circle). Mainly because I frequently accidentally click on them.
I noticed the tag box can be hidden by going to View -> Tag -> (Uncheck) Show Tag Box. However, when moving to the menu below it (Rating & Colour label), there is no "hide rating box" or "hide colour box" option.
Is there a way to hide these boxes? I have already checked the UI-less options and did not find any option there, but I might have overlooked it. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide the answer.
Thanks in advance!
