Hello,

How do I convert to US Letter size 8x11? Well i need more of length to be 11 inches, the width is automatic based on aspect ratio.

What I do for most of my pictures are 2048pixels, but sometimes when i take document photos, i would have to resize to scale to fit which is an additional step in printing. I would like to convert it to be print ready. Hope someone can help.

Could you please try:

Actions tab > Action > Image > Canvas resize

You can then set the Width and Height dropdown list to 'inches' and set the Height to 11.00 inches.

I don't have time to test that immediately but it should give you a start...

It will either crop the photo
or
It will retain the photo size, but make the canvas 11 x 8.5

You want the photo to be rescaled to 11" high? You could possibly try the Image > Resize action with the height set to 11" and see if you can get the result you need using that, I'm not sure without doing some tests myself...

Do you have an example photo you could upload to test?

Finally got it to work. was adjusting the wrong setting.
