0.84b1: Draw tool: No consecutive drawing

When selecting shapes "Line", "Rectangle", or "Circle", only one shape can be drawn. When trying to draw another shape, nothing happens.
After selecting a shape it should be possible to draw as many shapes as needed without reselecting the type of shape.

Changing from rectangle to line, for example, allows a second shape to be drawn, but not two consecutive similar shapes, as would be the desired behaviour...

Fixed in 0.84 b2.
EDIT:
In 0.84 beta 2, consecutive drawing still doesn't work for text: After inserting a text you cannot insert a second text until you clicked on "Text" symbol, again.

you select "rectangle" for example, draw it, and try to draw another one?

Issue 1144 is fixed in next version.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 0.85 beta 1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
