0.84b1: Draw tool: Shadow not updated when changing colour

When changing the colour of the text shadow, this colour change isn't applied immediately to the drawn text. All other changes to the shadow are applied right away.
To reproduce:
1. Open draw tool
2. Add some text to the image
3. In Text > Effects panel check "Shadow"
4. Change the colour of the shadow.
--> Changing the colour of the shadow will not take effect until making some other change to the shadow parameters (e.g. Offset X/Y).
