Yes, adding the Affinity Photo extension .afphoto, would be welcomed. The folks over at Pixave have figured out how to do it, so it must be possible. Thanks.

Looked through posts and see it says it was added in 8.3 and 8.3.
Running 8.3 x64 and it shows files but no thumbnail picture a poor quality icon. (see below)
In Windows 10 explorer the afphoto thumbnails show perfectly
Any thoughts or direction on what I am doing wrong?

Trying to get afphoto thumbnails to show and tried altering various settings include rebuild thumbnails.
Suddenly on restart afphoto thumbnails show.
Happy but don't know what I changed to cause it?
But now noticed PSD file just show as icon so I've lost their thumbnails.

Did you activate Show all graphic formats in Tools » Settings... » General?
Could you please post a screenshot of your settings in Tools » Settings... » File List » Custom filter?

Hi! I was really happy to see xnview handle affinity thumbnails... At first - after activating "show all graphic formats" - .afphoto as well as .afdesign showed thumbs. Suddenly the thumbs for .afdesign disappeared and I can't find a way to get them back Any ideas? (Using 32bit version in order to be able to use twain for scanning)

Ah, ok, got it back... I had the 64bit beta installed as well and deleted it after a while to stick to 32bit version. Now I have the 64bit beta installed again and now the .afdesign thumbs show up in the 32bit version again as well
