Installation of windows setup version 0.83, 32 bit, on Win XP + service Pack 3 ended with
"The procedure entry point Initialize CriticalSectionEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"
XnviewMP window appeared and crashed after first attempt to click on a folder.
Kolor crash reporter uploaded a report file c2b41b30-fd36-42d5-aa3b-d80416633b21.dmp
Installation of the zip version led to the same result.

Sorry: after removing \plugins\webp.dll the message does not appear but xnviewmp still crashes.
