0.84b2: Draw Tool: Alignment affects shadow position

In Draw tool, when inserting a text with a shadow and then changing the text alignment, the offset of the shadow changes.
When changing the text alignment, the offset of the shadow shouldn't be affected.
(This should be easy to reproduce, let me know in case more details are needed.)

Not fixed in 0.84 Beta 3:
When changing text alignment the position of the whole text changes.

if you means the vertical alignment, ok i fix it

Partly fixed in beta 4.
Remaining problem:
When using alignment "centered", the offset X isn't applied properly anymore.
To reproduce:
1. Start draw tool
2. Insert text (single line - no multiline)
3. Set a shadow with offset X=3 and offset Y=3
4. Change alignment from "left" to "centered" and on to "right".
-> You'll notice that the shadow's horizontal position does no longer have the X offset when using alignment "Centered".
