In Draw tool, when inserting a text and moving the cross cursor around and then stopping, the cursor often disappears.

I found out that this problem only occurs if Windows Setting "Display pointer trail" (fr.: "Afficher les traces de la souris") is activated. I'm not sure whether it's a problem of Windows or XnView MP, perhaps you can try to reproduce and check.

Could someone else please try to reproduce this problem? (To make sure that it's not just a problem on my system).

I use Windows Inverted (system scheme) and wasn't able to reproduce this bug at first, but switching to (None) made the Precision Select cursor disappear.

i don't know how to fix this problem

Just an idea, I don't know whether this is actually doable:

Can you enforce to disable/ignore mouse pointer trails while the drawing tool is opened? Perhaps by restricting the valid mouse pointer to normal/default shapes only?
