0.84b2: Draw tool: Parameters not updated on selection

0.84 beta 2
When selecting a shape in the draw tool, attributes/parameters like opacity, line style, shadow, outline are not updated.
Instead, when selecting a shape in the draw tool the attributes/parameters should be updated and set to the values the shape currently has.
Note: I'm not 100% sure with the foreground/background colour; but I think the colours should also be set to the colours of the selected shape.

More parameters are updated, but foreground and background colour still aren't updated.

It gets quite confusing if you don't update the colours. An example:
Current fg/bg colours are red/blue. Shape is blue/red.
1. Select the blue/red shape
2. Switch colours --> Nothing happens
