Windows10 4k Monitor Scaling Issue

4k Monitor win 10 notebook defaulted to 250%
and XnviewMP also 250% so i have a problem watch pircture at 100%, it also scales and look poor
xnview no problem
i watch 3840x2160 picture it are fine, not scaled (82%)
but MP have problem
but this is 26%.....MP are 250% scaled.....
when i watch 1920x1080 picture using 100% on my 4K monitor it is out of my monitor...
I try to restart the computer , re install xnviewmp several times and install old version but in vain.
How to solve this probem ?? thank you
