Thumbnail Displayed Then Quickly Disappears

In my options, I have XnView set up to display only pictures and ignore all other file types while in the browser. However, if I click on a folder that happens to have .pdf files in it, a thumbnail for each .pdf file appears and then quickly disappears (like a tenth of a second later). Is this normal or is this a bug?

Try to disabled "no thumbnail for PDF" too

I've tried disabling that option and it still does the same thing.

XnView show first all files in the folder, and then delete all non image files.

When Options>Browser>File list>'Recognize only by extension' is checked, XnView should filter types on the fly, instead of doing this '2 pass' thing.

Yes, many format can have extension like .dat, but often it's not a picture

I do have the "Options -> Browser -> File List -> Recognize only by extension" option checked, but XnView still does the 2-pass file display.
