Konica floppy conversions from .KQP to JPG doesn't work

Hi -
I was able to view the pictures on my old Konica floppy disks as converted to png - but epic fail when I use the program to convert them to JPG files... What am I doing wrong? Any and all ideas are GREATLY appreciated!!! Thank you!!!!
