I'd vote for "Show Video" (Viewer or View mode should be clear because the setting is on the "View" tab).

Perhaps these two settings could be put on the same tab; this might make things even clearer.

Is deactivation of this setting supposed to suppress playback of videos just in view mode or also in the preview pane?

Add autoplay button in the player bar:
