0.84: UI: Shortcuts listed in tooltips

For learning about the shortcuts of a program easily, it's good and useful to have the shortcuts listed next to the menus and in the tooltips of the toolbar buttons. From what I can see, currently there are shortcuts next to the menu items but no shortcuts in the tooltips.
