0.84: 'Auto play (video)' option doesn't affect current tab

XnView: MP 0.84 x64
OS: Windows 7 - 64 bit

Effect: XnView doesn't change its behavior in the current tab, causing it to seem like the option doesn't work properly. It does, however, take effect in any new tabs, including if program is restarted (which initially gave the appearance the program had to be restarted for the option change to take effect).

To reproduce:
1. Open file in directory of video file
2. Check/uncheck 'Auto play (video)' option
3. Press left/right to cycle through files in directory
4. Once cycling selects a video, the video will auto play or not based on the state of the setting when XnView was launched. However, if a video file is opened separately into a new tab, the new state of the setting will be observed. Similarly, if XnView is restarted, it will be observed because you are now using a new tab.
Actual behaviour (bug): XnView doesn't behave as expected

Expected behaviour: New option state should take effect immediately in all currently open tabs or, if there is a limitation preventing this, there should be a warning next to the option that it will NOT take effect on any currently open tabs.
