XnView Software

System: Linux Mint 18 (Ubuntu), 64 bit
Version: 0.84
A previous Installation of XnviewMP 0.82 works fine with no problems, but the first installation of Xnview 0.84 shows missing libs.
Thus I tried several ways to install, the tarball and the deb-file, with gdebi, apt and dpkg, then the installation suddenly works.
But now I have the only problem, that every printout to printer or to pdf are grayscale.
The I several times deinstall and reinstall, V 0.83 and 0.84, I never get a colour-printout.
I'm sure, its a library-dependency problem. But, can I delete Xnview restlessly and reinstall? I deleted the Xnview-Folder by hand, nothing changes. Now I can install Xnview again without errors, but all printouts are grayscale.
Are there logfiles? Are there any hint, where to look?

Sorry for the late answer, I saw it not before.
Yes, with 0.83 too (now).

The first installation of 0.83 works fine in Mint 18. The error appears during installing 0.84 over 0.83.
0.84 won't run directly, so I tried it some times with different methods (apt, gdebi, tar, dpkg) , suddenly it runs, but with this annoying error.

But now I can't back to the former installation, I tried every method again with 083 and 084 (32bit, 64bit, deb and tarball), everything works but no color in every output, pdf or printer, multi- or singlepicture,
all is grayscale.
It seems, there is an library confusion, but I don't know where to look for.
