0.84: Full Screen on 2nd monitor needs Esc twice to close

When we have the Full Screen mode on the 2nd monitor we need to press twice Esc to close it no matter what image we see.

Also, here is a interesting fact PERHAPS related to the above.

1. Select an image with an ICC color profile embedded
2. Press F11 - it shows on the 2nd monitor correctly
3. Press Esc: it shows the image without the profile applied. Press Esc twice: only now it closes.

Note: We need to press Esc twice no mater what image we have and it doesn't matter if in Tools | Settings the ICC Color Correction is selected or not.

0.84: Exiting dual-monitor fullscreen requires two commands

When "Dual monitor: Use second monitor" is on, you can enter fullscreen by pressing F11 (or clicking the fullscreen icon, or View-Fullscreen).

However, exiting fullscreen requires you to press F11 twice. It never works the first time. This happens no matter how you try to exit fullscreen: press F11, or click the fullscreen button, or View-Fullscreen, or press Escape.

This bug only affects dual-monitor. If "Dual monitor: Use second monitor" is off, you can exit fullscreen by issuing the command once.

This bug is new in 0.84. The bug is much smaller in 0.83, because you only have to issue the command twice when you are exiting fullscreen for the first time. After that, the command only has to be issued once. Then it keeps working until you restart XnView MP.

Two users reported the same problem. I'd say "Reproduced". Please note that I've merged the two bug reports.
