About dialog: Link to .ini file

In the About dialog (Help » About) there's the path and name of the .ini file used by XnView.
It's nice to have this info in the About dialog; it would be even nicer if this was a link the user could click on to open the config file.
Note: I do know that there is a "Open Config files location" button in Tools » Settings | Integration | Paths

...why do you want this?
Oh, perhaps I understand: to fiddle with the file. Why we cannot have for all user configurable settings a checkbox (or similar) in Tools | Settings?

When testing you have to deal with settings and resetting these many times. So basically it's for testing purposes.

not what I want: Settings on the .ini file level should be (more or less) invisible to normal users.

Settings on the .ini file level should be (more or less) invisible to normal users.
There are some settings which should be - like ExpandUNCPath , VideoMode - there was a setting about all dialogs in tabs (which was it?) - these kinds of settings...

Yes, I know. This is what I am talking about. Now there is valuable knowledge about what these settings do which will disappear without a simple interface like this:
