0.84: Left mouse Zoom+move picture bug?

XnView: MP 0.84 - 64-bit
OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit
Effect: The image is zoomed before moving.
To reproduce:
1. Change mouse left button action to 'Move picture'
2. Without changing the image zoom, move the picture using mouse left button.
Actual behaviour (bug): The image is zoomed before moving.
Expected behaviour: Behaves like mouse right button's 'Move picture'. No zoom before moving the image.

This is one of the most powerful features from FastStone Viewer / Lightroom and one of the most requested features in XnView MP. It allows to quickly see the picture @ 100% zoom for many, many reasons (eg. checking focus).
The bug is in naming - I would say to rename it "Zoom and Move Picture" rather than simply "Move Picture". (see one of the many threads from the past here:

Of course adding a new action which would simply do "Move Picture" would be a plus.

Yes, this is the intended behavior.
Why it's not like that on the right click?
Re-read what I wrote.
The left click "Move Picture" should be named "Zoom & Move Picture" it is a DIFFERENT action than other "Move Picture" actions (including Right Click)

Rather...
1. A rename of the code which we already have.
2. Make it a standard action also for the right-click and other clicks (with Ctrl etc.)
3. Add the normal "Move Picture" as an action at Left Click button also
