Mouse wheel tilt

Already requested for XnView Classic here.
Two options for mouse wheel tilt - left and right, with these options in Mouse settings tab:
View mode:
- previous/next file
- zoom in/out (default)
- scroll up/down
- scroll left/right
Browser mode:
- previous/next sub-folder
- change thumbnails size
- scroll left/right
