...to open in Tabs?

I know that Batch Convert can be opened, however it isn't surfaced in GUI and here is a bigger discussion.

...but for the above the things can be very simple and the advantage is huge: we must not wait anymore for a lengthy operation to finish till we can use XnView MP again.

One more for the Search results, if possible, this would be as a new Browser tab, so if this would be possible, then also open another Browser as a new tab, it would be also a workaround for dual panel view, which was not implemented and it's probably too hard/impossible to implement.

This is/was actually possible - I remember that in the past I actually succeeded this "by mistake". However, since then I think that "the bug" was corrected.

Good to know, I suggest to re-add it at least as the ini option.
