File list: Show/hide parent folder

In version 0.85 and before the user can show/hide the parent folder in the file list. Setting "Parent folder" can be found in "Settings: Browser » File list » Custom filter. Currently, the parent folder is shown when applying the custom filter, only.
Showing/hiding parent folder is a general choice of the user to either show or hide parent folder in the file list. The visibility of parent folder should not depend on the filter that is applied.
• Suggestion:
The setting "Parent folder" should be move to tab "File list" because it's a general setting.
• Advantage:
User interface gets more consistent and supports the user in a better way.
