XnView Software

So I capture pics in the field using the "contextcam" app on my iphone. I am able to add a comment (through the app) in the field that ends up in the user comment field of the EXIF data when I download the image off of my iphone. When I try and bulk rename using XnView it errors out. I notice that it adds a comma in the preview name box but am unsure if it has anything to do with the problem. I have tried simplifying my addded comments but have been unsuccessful in getting it to work.

I would appreciate some insight into the problem. I have attached an example file.

yes the user comment filed contains a comma, and you can't rename with such name
