TIF exports by the latest DXO OpticsPro 11 cannot be shown properly

I bought DXO Optics Pro 11 ELITE edition only recently.
My image processing workflow looks like this
Original JPGs (from any point and shoot cameras)
--> process with Dxo Optics Pro
--> Export to TIF
--> Batch Process with XnConvert (resize & conert to jpg)
--> Batch Rename with XnView
This worked like a charm until DxO released a software update for Optics Pro Elite 11 recently (2 weeks ago?). Version is: 11.4.2 Build 12306.
The resulting TIFs from DxO can be opened by Windows Paint oder Windows Photo Viewer.
XnView will only show a grey image with repeating artifacts.
XnConvert has the same issue, it cannot resize the original TIFs to JPG without destroying the picture's contents.
I tried this on different windows systems (both Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016).
I tried both x86 and x64 versions of XnView/XnConvert.
I tried both the latest stable version 0.86 and 0.87 beta2.
I can reproduce this error any time.
Samples:
Input JPG (straight out of camera): https://ufile.io/fyq7x
DxO TIF export keeping EXIF: https://ufile.io/cup9w
DxO TIF export without EXIF: https://ufile.io/cm2hx
Two DxO generated TIFs. The links will be valid for 30 days.
The one without EXIF information will show me a blank white screen. The other one will show me the grey corrupted image I mentioned earlier.
Can anyone please verify this behavior?
