Pan tool

XnViewMP v0.87 offers the option to toggle off "Show Pan tool" in View mode (see Settings > View). However the pan tool cannot be disabled for the fullscreen mode.
- Please add an option to toggle off the "Pan tool" for the fullscreen mode.
- Please add the ability to freely move the pan tool window across the screen, similar to the histogram window. Currently it hinders the view when editing a zoomed image in the lower right corner, or when trying to do a precise selection in the lower right corner.
