Batch Processing - Add Text

I have just discovered this function and it is perfect for displaying the Exif data on my photos.
BUT
although I can see "Flash Bias" in the Exif Properties window I cannot find it in the Batch Processing parameter list.
Does it have another name that is not obvious to me or does it just not exist.
I also took a look at XnConvert and I ended up with the same puzzle!
