Thumbs background and caption sorting

Hi,
I just tried XnView MP and loved it !
I've got two little suggestions which would make it perfect to me.
- An option to sort the files in browser view by IPTC caption, I loved having this option in Acdsee when I used it years ago.
- An option to tint the background of each thumb with their "labels color" like lightroom does !
This soft is amazing
