Mouse wheel lags

Since version 0.87, my mouse wheel "lags". It takes almost three full wheel turns to execute a zoom step, scroll, or to go to the next picture (per interface/mouse settings) I am on a Mac. I have tested this on several mouses. Every other application is working fine.

no problem on 0.86? and in 0.89?

Sorry, there was a typo in my previous post!
The last version of the zoom function working properly, is
0.84 . Every subsequent version has the same lag problem, including the latest 0.89. FYI, I also run a Windows virtual machine in my MacOS Sierra, which has the latest 0.89 version installed and there is no problem there.

Ok, for the problem on Zoom. But you have problem on previous/next file too??

It is less pronounced, but still needs 2-3 wheel mouse "clicks" to advance or go back.

do you have a magic mouse or mouse with a true wheel?

All the mouses i have tried, are with an actual wheel.

I can confirm that the issue is resolved in 0.90, as far as the zoom problem goes!
The Forward/Backwards problem remains (in my mouse at least) but i don't mind at all, because i use mouse buttons for that action!!!
Thanks for the fix. XnViewMP is by far the best tool for (non-layer) photo manipulation and organization.
