Function to set association for file types what are not taken by other program would be nice. Or function what clearly indicates that the association is already taken. Thats about that.

Here I made couple sketch for association dialog.
Sketch 1 / Sketch 2

I would prefer the Sketch 2, but the 'Add all free' button text could be better. I'll wait for Pierre's response before getting more into this.
