"File Handling" page for View / Fullscreen mode

It should be similar to this "File Handling" page for Browser mode (not final solution).
E.g.:
We could merge/remove some pages then.
We can move first two options from "Fili list" page here too and remove that page.
Any suggestions for improvement are welcomed (there is enough space here).
