Am i missing a setting that allows pdf to jpg?

Hi,

I am having the same issues- i need to convert PDF to Jpeg and I keep getting error- not a picture.

how will ghostscript help?

Have you tried installing Ghostscript following the instructions in the above Wiki link?

I don't know whether that alone will overcome your problem, but it is necessary to open PDF files in XnView software.
