[0.89] Category indicator no longer displayed

Further to issue that has been reported here: viewtopic.php?f=62&p=148401#p145659
It turns out that when no thumbnail is getting displayed also no category indicator is getting displayed. In category set pane it correctly shows the categories that are assigned to the file, but the indicator does not display. Only after the thumbnail display has been triggered and is showing, the category display index does show again.
