PNG with indexed colors including transparency

Hi
while it now works with photoshop, xnview still does not recognized the transparency
I've attached one file as an example.
the same file directly from the net :

chrome shows properly the transparency but xnview still display a solid background.
note : I've tested this with the 2.43 version from october 2017
