Output Slideshow as a Video file

Hi
XnView is great, just discovered it a few months ago. Had been using ACDsee forever...
Always wanted to quickly take camera photos, sort them, and then play them on a Flat screen TV with a USB stick.
The slideshow tool does the basics and so do many others but none of them output the show as a video file.
Either the playback has to be within the program or the output is packaged as a .exe file, which does not
work well if you wish to post or email.
Currently the only way to do a fast slide show I have found is to use XnView to edit, sort and rename.
Then import in Bolide Slideshow Creator to get a video file.
If possible, at least offer MPEG 4 as the format for output.
This request may be complicated to add, I do not know. But I had to ask.
