HEIC plugin

Hi, I'm running a Windows 10 PC, I installed the HEIC plugin but still not seeing any thumbnails or photos.
I unzipped and installed the dll's first in the 'plugins' folder within a folder named HEIC, that didn't work so I copied those files to the folder 'XnViewMP'.
Not sure what I did wrong. Thanks in advance, AC
UPDATE
It looks like both jpeg and heic photos were downloaded, so that's good.
I could see a couple heic photos, they were the one that I edited as a jpeg. and they even said edit in the name.
