Exif batch process with increment for each image

Hi
I want to batch process a lot of old photos I have turned digital with Google IOS app Photoscan
I have renamed a batch with no issue
What I want then to do is add Exif date to match approx the original date taken using the change timestamp tool
The exif date/time needs to be created as an increment to the previous photo
for example batch process as follows
10/05/1989 00:00:00
10/05/1989 00:00:10
10/05/1989 00:00:20
etc
I have seen it in another program which is on windows as this
As my workflow uses XNviewMP on a mac it would be great to have this option within XNviewMP
Unless i have missed the obvious and its already in the program !
If so where ?
