This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.91. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

Hi Pierre,
I just tested this feature with the current release v0.93 64-bit on Windows 10. I confirm that the issue is fixed, both buttons for 'Crop' and 'Crop, Save, Next' become active right away once a value for cropping is entered into the input field.
