XnView 2.45 still not showing .SVG thumbnails?

Perhaps this has already been resolved long ago, but my XnView Classic will not show thumbnails for .SVG files - only icons. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

currently there is a third party plugin (cadsofttools) to support SVG (in complete package)

Thank you, though I am unclear. Is the 3rd party software available by purchasing said software, or is it supposedly part of the XnView software?
